It is twenty minutes, so the less time we spend on introductions the more we can spend on what you are actually trying to build.
Nothing formal is needed beforehand, but the call goes further if you have turned these three things over.
Roughly what you have available, and whether that is cash, equity you intend to release, or finance you still need to arrange. Nothing needs sending through in advance, just a rough idea of where you stand.
Monthly income, long term growth, or somewhere between the two. Those lead to genuinely different properties on genuinely different streets.
Ready to move on something this quarter, or building towards next year. Both are fine. They change what I would recommend.
If you need to rearrange later, reply to your confirmation email rather than booking a second slot, so the original time frees up for someone else.
