Almost everything I hold about you is something you typed in yourself. This explains what I do with it, how long I keep it, and what you can ask me to do about it.

Seven Terraces Ltd is the data controller for this website. That means I decide what happens to the information you give me, and I am responsible for looking after it. Where this policy says “I”, that means me, Teema Namdarian, as the person responsible for your information.
When you apply to work with me, the form asks for your name, email address, phone number if you choose to give it, where you are based, roughly how much capital you are working with, which route interests you, what you are trying to achieve, and how you found me. The capital range and the phone number are optional.
When you book the webinar or download the guide, I collect your name and email address so I can send you the joining link or the file. If you tick the optional box when you book the webinar, I will also add you to my email list, and you can unsubscribe from it at any time.
When you email, call or message me, I keep the correspondence.
If you become a client, I will need proof of identity and address and information about the source of your funds. I am legally required to collect this before I can act for you, and I will explain what I need at the time.
When you browse the site, my website provider records basic technical information such as pages visited and a visitor identifier.
I do not buy personal data from anyone, and I do not collect special category data such as health, religion or political views. Please do not send me any.
| What I do with it | Lawful basis |
|---|---|
| Read your application and reply to you | Legitimate interests: you asked me to get in touch |
| Work out whether I am the right fit and discuss what I could do for you | Legitimate interests, and steps taken at your request before a contract |
| Send the webinar joining link or the guide you asked for | Consent, given when you signed up |
| Send occasional emails about deals, numbers and future sessions | Consent, given by ticking the optional box |
| Identity and source of funds checks on clients | Legal obligation under the Money Laundering Regulations 2017 |
| Deliver a sourcing or project service once we agree terms | Performance of our contract |
| Keep records of what was agreed, and defend a complaint or claim | Legitimate interests, and legal obligation where a scheme or regulator requires it |
| Keep the website working and secure | Legitimate interests |
I will not make any decision about you by automated means, and I do not profile you.
I do not sell your information and I do not share it for anyone else’s marketing. A small number of suppliers handle it on my behalf, under contracts requiring them to protect it and act only on my instructions.
What you send through the forms goes to Wix and to my email, and nowhere else.
I will also share information where I have to: with HMRC and the National Crime Agency under anti-money laundering law, with The Property Ombudsman if you complain about me, with my insurers or legal advisers if there is a claim, and anywhere else the law requires.
Some suppliers process data outside the UK. Where that happens the transfer is covered by UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement.
If you ask me to delete your information sooner I will, unless one of the legal retention periods above applies. If it does, I will tell you which one and when it runs out.
To use any of these, email me at hello@seventerraces.co.uk. I will respond within one month and there is no charge. I may ask you to confirm who you are first, which protects you as much as me.
This site runs on Wix, which sets a small number of cookies and stores a visitor identifier in your browser. Some are necessary to make the site work; others are used by Wix to measure how the site is performing. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings, though blocking the necessary ones may stop parts of the site working. I do not run Google Analytics, advertising pixels or any third party tracking.
If you are unhappy with how I have handled your information, tell me first at hello@seventerraces.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office, and you do not have to come to me first.
Complaints about my property work, rather than my handling of your data, go to The Property Ombudsman, membership number T13696.
I will update this policy when what I do with your information changes, and the date at the top shows when it was last reviewed. If a change materially affects you, I will tell the people on my mailing list by email rather than relying on you to come back and check.
